The Elms is delighted to have Malcolm join as the head chef. He brings vast experience from both the hospitality and care sectors and is particularly passionate about healthy food sourced sustainably. Malcolm commented, "Mealtimes are really important for the residents and my job is to make sure I prepare a varied menu with an eye towards healthy eating but also making sure it tastes good. I like to mix things up and have a bit of fun with different theme days too!"
